Shipping policy

Order Fulfilment Times 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. 

We ship our orders via Canada Post three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

 

Order Confirmation  

After you've placed your order, you can expect to receive two confirmation emails from us. 

The first email will confirm we've received your order, and the second email will confirm your order has shipped. 

 

Estimated Delivery times

You can expect to receive your package within the following timeframes:

• 3-7 business days, within Nova Scotia/Atlantic Canada* 

• 7-10 business days, Nationwide*

*Please note: We have no control over shipping delays due to Canada Post. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these delays occur. 

 

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping across Canada. 

 

Parcel Tracking

We do not provide tracking information for orders at this time. 

 

International Shipping
