Refund policy

We want you to LOVE using Change Is Nature's products in your home. We've created a refund & return policy with your happiness in mind. 

You have 30 days from the date your order shipped to request a refund or return. 

Email us at hello@changeisnature.com, with your order number, and the reason you’re unsatisfied. We'll follow up within 1-2 business days. Depending on the circumstances, we’ll either:

• Ask you to return the unused portion of the product back to us. Once received, we’ll process your full refund,

OR

• Process a full refund

Refunds will be credited back to the card you used to make your purchase, and will arrive in your account within 7-10 business days. In the unusual event this fails to happen, contact us.
